Hauts-de-France region: activities for couples

This town brimming with history has several romantic inns and hotels. Whether you choose to stay in Hauts-de-France in a hotel with a seaview or in a villa-hotel in the seaside resort of Wimereux, situated just a few kilometres from the town, your trip is sure to be a success.

There is no shortage of activities for living a weekend full of discoveries. You can for example take the time to visit Nausicaá. It offers a wonderful opportunity for the two of you to marvel at the tropical fish and the manta ray.

Lille is the ideal city for a couple to enjoy the many activities on offer in Nord-Pas-de-Calais. For something out of the ordinary you could, for example, try out an escape game in Lille. The goal? To get out of a room in a given length of time by solving riddles. A challenge that is sure to delight your other half, provided they like like to play.

A visit to the Nausicaá aquarium is a must to discover the marine animals; as for the zoo in Lille you'll be able to see 70 different species of animals there. This is a fun thing to do whether you're with your family or just your partner. Lastly, the city is home to the Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille, the largest art museum in Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. Wander together through the galleries to admire the antiques and works of art.
