A better understanding to act better

  • 37,7 % of worldwide sea products are overexploited
  • 80 million of tons are caught each year in the sea?
  • 62 million of people work directly in the fishing and aquaculture sectors

Facing these issues, this exposition gives you concrete answers for a better understanding…and to change your daily habits with the Mr.GoodFish’s program.

Un parcours ludique et interactif pour toute la famille

All long your visit, discover:

  • Test your choices on an interactive fish stand,
  • Discover all the network’s participants through a game
  • Try Chef Victor Berthe’s recipes, winner of the 2025 contest and chef of the Lille restaurant “Coup de Main” made from species sometimes unknown.

About Mr.Goodfish

Mr. Goodfish is a European program initiated by Nausicaa and other collaborators aquariums. This program aims to raise awareness for responsible sea products consumption.

This program helps the consumers and skilled workers by suggesting simple markers, especially lists of recommended species according to the seasons in order to favour non threatened resources.

By helping each to make informed choices, Mr Goodfish contributes to reducing the pressure on the fragilised species and to durably preserving the marine biodiversity.
