We answer your questions

For a personalised group visit, and if you are using a payment method other than credit card, please book at least three working days before your visit using our booking form.

If you can pay by credit card, and only buy tickets for 10 to 100 people, or for more than 7 people with a disability, you can benefit from the group rate at our on-line ticket office and buy your tickets without having to book in advance.

We count on a visit taking 4 and a 1/2 hours. If you're short of time, we can propose a plan for a 1 and a 1/2-hour tour, ensuring you don't miss any of the highlights at Nausicaá!

Yes, the Quai Thurot coach park (800m from the entrance to Nausicaá) free of charge on presentation of your booking number.

Orthopaedic pushchairs are accepted. The lifts for people with reduced mobility (PRM) situated at No 1 and No 18 of the Mankind and Shores Exhibition can carry a maximum weight of 250kg and cannot take wheelchairs in the reclining position. If necessary, our hosts and hostesses will direct people to another circuit so they can enjoy their tour under the best possible conditions. They will be a shown a special PRM tour for the Mankind and Shores Exhibition at the information point in the lobby. This PRM circuit may take longer than the conventional tour because the lifts may be very busy during peak hours.
