Cancellation policy

Nausicaá reserves the right to cancel this service in the event of insufficient bookings or in cases of force majeure. In the event of cancellation at Nausicaá’s initiative, the sums paid will be refunded in full to the customer.

Bookings can be cancelled at the customer’s request up until the 06th February 2024.

1. If the customer cancels up to and including the 31st of January: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded

2. If the customer cancels between the 1st and the 6th of February inclusive: 50% of the sums already paid will be refunded. Or 100% if the reasons for cancellation are justified (family reasons, health)

3. If the customer cancels after the 6th of February: the sums already paid will not be refunded unless the reasons for cancellation are justified (family reasons, health)

Refunds will be made according to the date on which the cancellation is sent.
