Recipe for sea star

Have you ever heard of the common sunstar or “admiral’s spit” as it is called in French? When you tturn it into a snack, it becomes something else!

There are many different species of sea star, each with its own size, colour and number of arms...

To make it, take 2 pieces of round puff pastry, place the first on the baking tray, garnish (fruit puree, fruit, chocolate, caramel, etc.) and place the second piece of pastry on top of the other edge to edge. Then place a round bowl or container upside down in the middle and use a knife to cut strips starting from the bowl, then twist each strip... Brush with egg yolk and bake!
